Following the successful expansion of our office from Sydney, Australia to Yangon, Myanmar, we are now proud to extend our presence to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As we continue to grow our footprint in Southeast Asia, we are seeking an excellent and results-driven marketing executive (Korean speaking) to support our operations in Vietnam, Korea & Australia.

The Marketing Executive plays a key role in enhancing RIVERS’ brand presence, promoting our services, and driving client engagement across multiple channels. Working closely with migration lawyers, education consultants, and the broader RIVERS team, the Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, creating promotional content, and organising marketing events and activities.

This position is essential to expanding our brand visibility, increasing service uptake, and ensuring that our marketing efforts align with Australian migration and education standards while effectively reaching target audiences in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote RIVERS' professional services in Korea.
- Promote the RIVERS brand to increase awareness of RIVERS’ services among potential clients and partners.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, client engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with RIVERS teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update RIVERS’ digital presence, including the website and social media platforms, ensuring that all content is current, accurate, and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs to inform marketing strategies.
- Ensure that all marketing activities comply with RIVERS' ethical and professional standards.
- Review and refine Korean social media content to ensure it reads naturally and aligns with the brand voice.
- Translate or transcribe Korean subtitles for videos and assist in localising visual content.
- Translate English-language materials (e.g., news articles, policies, marketing messages) into accurate and engaging Korean social media content.
- Monitor changes in Australian migration and education policy and support timely translation of updates into Korean.

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in digital marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in branding, lead generation, SEO, social media management, or event coordination is highly regarded.
- High attention to detail, with strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and digital campaign management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with the RIVERS team, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
- Advanced proficiency in Korean, particularly in writing and speaking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is highly regarded.

**Salary Package + Performance Bonus**

The performance bonus is linked to the achievement of the company’s revenue targets.

RIVERS also provides meal incentives for working days.
