AIM OF THE JOB:
The Operation Executive’s role is to maintain smooth and effective daily operation throughout Saigon Centre Shopping Mall. On behalf of the Landlord, the Operation Executive collaborates, co-ordinates and assists with tenants, customers and contractors in order to fulfil their role and ensure smooth operation for the mall.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

- Check the Mall’s facilities and coordinate with other departments and contractors to resolve Mall issues.
- Ensure policies and regulations of the Mall are followed by tenants/service providers and contractors
- Supervise performance of outsourced service providers (Cleaning, Pest Control, Landscaping, Garbage removal, etc ) to ensure the quality and scope of services meet the requirement as per service standards and professional practice.
- Deal and negotiate with Mall’s service provides/contractors in renewal of term contracts.
- Prepares and submits hygiene & operation reports/ budgets monthly/quarterly/yearly. (Inventory movement report, other reports related to operation ).
- Completes, as necessary, all required paperwork and file the documents. Prepare and review building notice and letter
- Inspect vacant premises to ensure it is always in good and tenantable conditions and hands over new premises to tenants as well as take over tenant premises after lease expiry and handles all lease administration matter in Mall Operation.
- Calling of quotations for operation works and purchases of spare parts, equipment stationery, etc
- Coordinate with respective departments in organizing and arranging for the BCP such as fire drill, flood test, bomb threat, etc.
- Liaise with the local authorities/ vendors in solving matter relating to Property Management.
- Execute other tasks from Mall Operations Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in Retail management and hospitality
- Ability to work with multi-culture and multi-tasks environment
- Good command of English and Vietnamese
- Good ability to use Office computer software
- Good at team working as well as working independently
- 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Shift working required, male is preferable
