**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**|**About the role**

**As the Operation Executive, you will**:
**Operations**
- Work with Sales, PM, and Vendors to process orders on time and accurately.
- Check consistency between Vendors quotes and Contracts with resellers to ensure 100% match.
- Orders Management: access to Vendors systems to track scheduled ship dates, update sales to ensure lead-time delivery on time (just on time management), and do expedite whether required.
- Resolve relevant issues after commodities delivery.
- Issue and provide shipping documents (invoice, packing list, CO, CQ, service agreement ) for relevant orders as per request by partners.
- Backlog Management: Work with Sales to manage Inventory to reduce the cost of inventory.
- Weekly report on scheduled ship dates and highlight potential risks to CM and Sales.

**Sales**
- Supports Sales on draft, review & follow-up contracts, quotes with partners when required.
- Work with several vendors for deal registration, quote and calculate costing sheet and onboarding partners.

**Office & General Administrative supports**
- As per requirement

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**|**About you**

**The ideal Operation Executive**:

- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, and good coordination skills.
- Logistics knowledge, ability to track shipments online, arrange overseas shipments and prepare shipping docs.
- Basic Trade Compliance knowledge.
- High sense of urgency and commitment to quality standards
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
