MISSION PROFILE
At SODÅ, the
Operations Executive – Hotels
is the supporting role in delivering operational excellence across client hotel projects, under the direction of the Operations Manager – Hotels.
You'll focus on coordinating operational activities, assisting with the preparation and application of quality management processes, and effective sourcing of operating supplies and equipment (OSE).
Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders will help ensure each project runs smoothly and meet SODÅ's standards for quality and services.

GAME PLAN DETAILS
Development Support
In these areas, you will work alongside the OMH to support the development and refinement of key operational systems and standards for each client hotel. Your tasks will contribute to the successful implementation of SODÅ's frameworks and project outcomes.

Procurement:
Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, incorporating OSE standards, preparation of OSE lists and specifications, gather supplier information, request and compile quotations, and assist in evaluating options to meet client hotel requirements.
o
Department Implementation:
Assist in drafting, adapting, and organizing departmental standards, service protocols, brand architecture, and Quality Management System documentation-including form packages, SOP & policies, checklists to support operational readiness and service compliance.
Assisting & Coordination
In the areas below, your responsibility is to provide operational and project support, help coordinate tasks, and ensure the timely completion of assigned deliverables, as guided by project and operational leadership.

Critical Path Management:
Coordinate project activities across all major phases, including budgeting, legal and risk management, recruitment, commissioning, handover, hotel setup, software and IT systems rollout, and the sales and marketing launch. Maintain comprehensive schedules, track progress for each deliverable, and facilitate seamless collaboration among all stakeholders to ensure every phase is executed on time and to SODÅ's quality standards.

Pre-Opening Activities:
Assist in preparing operational documentation, checklists, and plans for Pre-Opening and handover phases; help organize onboarding sessions for client teams.
o
Reporting & Communication:
Prepare regular project status reports, maintain supplier and compliance records, and facilitate communication across all project stakeholders.
YOUR ULTIMATE SUBSTANCE
o
University degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
o
At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in hotel operations or project coordination in the areas of Room Division, Food & Beverage or Purchasing.
o
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for procurement and documentation tasks.
o
Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage project timelines.
o
Effective communicator in Vietnamese and English.
