- Manage accounts payable and receivable related to real estate activities.
- Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Stay updated on regulations and industry trends affecting real estate accounting.
- Assist in the development and improvement of financial procedures and policies.
- Conduct taxation finalization and procedures with state departments on compliance.
- Assist the head of department in capital arrangement.
