General Accountant

- Review all financial transactions incurred during the period and prepare separate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Prepare consolidated financial reports for the entire Group on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Prepare management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Be responsible for direct communication and coordination with external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Prepare reports related to outbound and inbound foreign investments.
- Provide support for tax-related tasks when required.
- Draft, finalize, and develop accounting department procedures and policies.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance. Experience working at auditing firms or IT companies with 500-1000 employees is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills in financial data and financial indicators. Experience in M&A or business valuation is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software. Experience in developing new accounting systems is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Tax regulations, Accounting Standards, and related circulars and guidelines.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Excellent communication, data analysis, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong conflict management, leadership thinking, and accountability abilities.
- Detail-oriented, careful, honest, patient, and with a good memory.
