**About Company**

A Japanese-invested trading company operating in Vietnam since 2008 with approximately 200-300 employees. The company mainly engages in the trade of plastic materials, chemicals, and other industrial products. Located in central Hanoi with a professional working environment and exposure to standardized Japanese operational processes.
- Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements.
- Preparing monthly balance sheet, profit and loss statement, other reports and analysis of account fluctuations
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Following and checking on: bank transaction, payment transfer, receivable and payable, issuing VAT invoice, input data into accounting software, convert SAP ledgers to VAS ledgers
- Customer credit control: Analysis, control customer’s credit limit, preparing annual customer credit meeting, prepare annual renewal trade credit insurance contract
- Making annual budget report.
- Tax: Following and checking on tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT ), work with tax office to reconcile the difference of tax duty balance record between company record and tax office’s record. Being Leader of VAT refund.
- Coordinates with other departments, internal audit from Head Office and external parties.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.

**Requirement**
- University degree majoring in accounting and finance preferably in FTU, NEU, AOF, BAV etc.
- Having CPA, ACCA certificate is a big PLUS
- At least 8 years of experience in accounting field
- Having knowledge about SAP, RPA, VBA,is a PLUS.
- Strong background in general accounting & tax accounting
- Advance knowledge in Vietnamese Accounting Standards and the prevailing tax regulations
- Business English
- Logical thinking and management skill are a PLUS.
- Can work overtime when needed

**Location & Work Arrangement**

**Working time**: 7.5 hrs /day, 5 days/week (Mon - Fri)

**Selection Process**

Step 1: Document screening (HR screening and preliminary interview)

Step 2: First round
- Two tests (administered at our office immediately before the interview)
- Technical test: Accounting, Tax, and Excel (40 minutes)
- IQ test (5 minutes)
- Interview with HR and the Div MGR

Step 3: Second round
- Interview with the GM and HRM
