Chief Accountant

**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 27 - 37 triệu VNĐ)
- To control costs and expenses.
- Manage accounting operation month-end closing, quarterly closing, and annual closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare internal reports to Head quarter such as Trial balance, Balance sheet, income statement, cash flow
- Control all taxes of companies, including VAT, PIT, WHT, CIT, tax finalization, financial statement, transfer pricing documentation, and E-invoices.
- Prepare other reports to the Government such as reports to the planning & investment department, the Construction Department, the Statistics department
- Control the accounting software to ensure the correct transactions and accounting data.
- Monitor all accounting & cost activities to ensure that the company’s financial resources are managed by Vietnam Accounting Standard and comply with all relevant laws and company regulations.
- Contract review
- To participate in establishing the accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls in the company.
- To coordinate with other departments and give advice to comply with local regulations Firm procedures, and policies;
- Deal with external parties, banks, external auditors, and tax authorities to resolve financial/accounting issues.
- All other related accounting & financial issues.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
At least 4+ years of experience in general accounting (full-set accounting) and at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Solid understanding of tax regulations, financial accounting principles, auditing standards, accounting procedures, and corporate finance.
Possess a Chief Accountant Certificate.
Working experience in subcontractor businesses is an advantage.
Proficient in Vietnamese and Chinese/English (medium to fluent level).
Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
