**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics industry, targeting potential clients and markets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their specific logistics requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of logistics services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight our company's capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring favorable terms and profitable agreements.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
- Continuously nurture client relationships through proactive communication, follow-ups, and excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure adherence and mitigate risks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, including freight forwarding, warehousing, supply chain management, and distribution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored logistics solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to close deals and secure profitable contracts.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
- Flexibility to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
