- Supervise daily operations to make sure both the company’s E-FMS compliance and customers’ SOP keep on track.
- Provide solutions for any operational issue(s)
- Effect necessary communication and motivation to staff.
- To be responsible for getting bthe est rates from airlines, trucking companies, or any other partners. Quote for overseas, local customers’ & sales department’s airfreight requests.
- Arrange space for all air export shipments. Make weekly/monthly reports.
- Make sure staff’s operation closes the job’s hard copies and on systems monthly before the deadline.
- Manage, guide, monitor, and inspire your team to be effective and consistent with the office and company’s direction and objective.
- Responsible for accomplishing the department's goals and individual goals.
- Supporting, consulting, and coaching with colleagues about the profession
- Dealing with airline lines, agents, and related parties to have solutions settled properly.
- Participate in internal quality assessment, detect, and propose remedial measures, and prevent existing or potential nonconformities of services and work processes.
- Responsible for the management of customer relations and ensuring that your staffs manage any complaints appropriately
- Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of air exports.
- Always thinking about improving business methods, and participation in the company's activities.
- Understand the market situation, and promptly report all market trends and changes of competitors to the Product Manager.
- Some other tasks are assigned by the manager when needed.
