1. Students/Parents Supporting:

- Promoting BICC’s programs and services in an honest, accurate, and ethical manner.
- Coordinating and/or providing various types of Information Seminars for students, parents and partner institutions on a regular basis, including social, cultural, safety-related, academic and college and university system-related information
- Preparing and updating documents such as marketing material, orientation information booklets, manuals and other publications

2. International Student Recruitment
- Recruiting international students under the supervision of the International Enrolment and Partnership
- Making recommendations to the Supervisor of International Enrolment and Partnership in developing and implementing a student recruitment strategy for a specific market or markets
- Representing BICC in Vietnam at study abroad fairs or educational events, including making presentations to international students, parents and partner institutions
- Participating in other workshops, events, educational fairs as needed
- Students/Parents engagement and follow-up

3. Other duties
- Processing a variety of correspondence, reports, and other documents, based on established procedures;
- Preparing and updating information and statistics for reports or materials required for internal and/or external purposes;
- Carrying out other related duties as assigned by the International Enrolment and Partnership.

- Familiar with following potential leads, nurture and turn them into sales process
- Can work independently and under pressure
- Fluently Microsoft Office
- Speak English
- Outgoing, socialized and can easily getting along well with others is a plus
