**Position: Marketing Specialist**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team members to execute comprehensive marketing plans.
- Aid in the formulation and execution of the organization’s marketing strategy, focusing on positioning, growth, and the exploration of new opportunities.
- Conduct regular market research, monitoring, and analysis to inform marketing decisions.
- Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with the organization’s brand, writing style, and key messaging guidelines, delivering a compelling and uniform voice across all marketing materials and channels.
- Coordinate and implement a range of marketing and promotional activities, including events, digital marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives.
- Work in tandem with the Communications team to manage and update the organization’s website and social media content, ensuring its relevance and accuracy.
- Oversee the development and production of external marketing collateral, such as prospectuses and direct marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns and managing marketing collateral.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce engaging and persuasive copy.
- A dedicated and reliable individual committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
- An excellent team player with the capacity to multitask and work autonomously when required.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating high-quality marketing content.
