**Duties and Responsibilities (based on a 44-hour work week)**

The**Student Recruitment Executive**’s responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to, the following tasks:

- Involve in planning & organising Sales Marketing activities (both online & offline) to expand the market and generates new leads
- Co-ordinate with academic team to deliver early consultation to prospective students & parents
- Responsible for achieving sales target according to monthly, quarterly and annual sales planning and reflect on personal success/failure factors on a monthly basis
- Responsible for evaluation of buying behaviour, classification of clients and sales performance report
- Proactively research about American Education industry and Vietnamese counseling players, maintain an up-to-date overall understanding about market competition
