**Position: Business Development Manager**:
(Location: Ho Chi Minh)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Development**
- To coordinate, train and manage existing business partners as well as identify & develop new potential business partner(s) with branch offices;
- To communicate with existing business partners to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems;
- To develop business partners to a commercially viable position;
- To identify and penetrate new opportunities from existing as well as new potential markets by conducting research in any education business related industry;
- To upkeep knowledge of business processes, study destinations, products and services offered by the organization;
- To benchmark AUG against best practice ensuring we are ahead or be competitive;
- To build & maintain a positive ongoing client relationship. To ensure excellent customer service through regular engagements;
- To prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new business partners.

**2. Student Recruitment**
- To counsel and assist student to make best-informed decisions;
- To develop and enhance the counselling services;
- To attend to students and parents feedbacks, inquiries and complaints in an appropriate and prompt manner and adhere to service standard.

**3. Public Relation**
- Develop and maintain relationship with stakeholders;
- To raise profile / awareness of the AUG brand.

**4. Operations**
- Document, implement and monitor marketing intelligence, plan and budget;
- Handle and carry out sales and marketing activities / events;
- Coaching and mentoring of team members;
- Conduct and document regular team meetings;
- Document monthly report;
- Maintain student database on AUGtrix;
- To be posted/assist in other AUG offices locally and overseas when required;
- Any other tasks as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Vietnamese, English;
- Knowledge and understanding of local and foreign education system preferred;
- Experience in mentoring and counseling students an added advantage;
- Courteous, patient and tactful personality with strong customer service orientations;
- Possess a high level of initiative, integrity and professionalism;
- Maybe required to work long hours during intakes;
- 3 or more years of relevant industry experience.
