**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 8 - 10 triệu VNĐ)
1. Quản lý hồ sơ và tài liệu marketing / Manage marketing documentation:

- Lưu trữ và quản lý hồ sơ, tài liệu liên quan đến các chiến dịch marketing, hợp đồng và các tài liệu quảng cáo. / Store and manage files and documents related to marketing campaigns, contracts, and advertising materials.
- Cập nhật và duy trì các hồ sơ hợp đồng với các đối tác. / Update and maintain contracts with partners.

2. Hỗ trợ làm hợp đồng và thủ tục giấy tờ / Assist in preparing contracts and paperwork:

- Soạn thảo hợp đồng, biên bản và các tài liệu cần thiết cho phòng marketing. / Draft contracts, minutes, and necessary documents for marketing department.
- Đảm bảo các hợp đồng được ký kết và thực hiện đúng theo quy định. / Ensure contracts are signed and executed properly according to regulations.

3. Quản lý các chiến dịch quảng cáo kỹ thuật số (Digital Ads) / Manage digital advertising campaigns:

- Hỗ trợ triển khai các chiến dịch quảng cáo trên các nền tảng kỹ thuật số như Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, v.v. / Assist in running advertising campaigns on digital platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.
- Theo dõi và báo cáo hiệu quả của các chiến dịch quảng cáo. / Monitor and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

4. Hỗ trợ các công việc hành chính khác trong phòng marketing / Support other administrative tasks in marketing:

- Đảm bảo các tài liệu và thông tin luôn được cập nhật kịp thời. / Ensure all documents and information are updated promptly.
- Tiếp đón, hỗ trợ và duy trì mối quan hệ với các khách hàng Việt khi họ mở tài khoản chứng khoán tại công ty. / Welcome, assist, and maintain relationships with Vietnamese clients when they open securities accounts at the company.
- Cập nhật thường xuyên thông tin khách hàng và hỗ trợ trong việc gửi các tài liệu và hợp đồng cần thiết. / Regularly update customer information and assist in sending necessary documents and contracts.

5. Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên. / Other tasks as assigned by management.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Bằng cấp / Qualifications:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học hoặc cao đẳng chuyên ngành Marketing, Quản trị Kinh doanh, hoặc các ngành liên quan. / Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

3. Kỹ năng chuyên môn / Professional Skills:

- Hiểu biết cơ bản về các nền tảng quảng cáo kỹ thuật số (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, v.v.). / Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Kỹ năng soạn thảo văn bản tốt, đặc biệt là hợp đồng và các tài liệu hành chính. / Strong writing skills, especially in drafting contracts and administrative documents.
- Kỹ năng sử dụng các công cụ quản lý hồ sơ, tài liệu như Google Drive, Microsoft Office. / Proficiency in using document management tools like Google Drive and Microsoft Office.

4. Kỹ năng mềm / Soft Skills:

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt. / Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Khả năng tổ chức công việc và quản lý thời gian hiệu quả. / Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Chăm chỉ, tỉ mỉ, có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao. / Diligent, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

5. Yêu cầu khác / Other Requirements:

- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt. / Good communication skills in English.
