**Responsibility**:
The main purpose of the Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager position is to capture in-store communication, both 2D and 3D, on a daily basis. This consists of A&P, brand management in mood and tone, BTL, and department operation.

**_ Marketing work_**
- Lead, manage, create and prioritize the daily communication (both design and type of in-store communication material) for Guardian at store communication (monthly leaflet/POSM, on-top campaign POSM, POSM revamp, Store decoration, Path to Purchase POSM concept)
- Develop store communication strategies through understanding and prioritizing field needs together with Marcom Assistant Manager and Marketing Manager
- Copy, edit, proofread, and revise communication on design materials
- Recommend, implement and maintain store portal site design and operation. Ensure alignment and socialization of all communication strategies with cross-functional partners.
- Provide store communication counsel and guidance on all areas of communication for cross-functional business partners.
- Evolve and measure the effectiveness of the communication vehicles at stores.
- Act as gatekeeper for all store communications to field and field leadership.
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional and field partners to best support our internal and external Clients.
- Identify and resolve communication issues and practices from cross-functional partners to field groups.
- Invite and encourage dialogue among team members to increase understanding of differing points of view, strengthen team cohesion, and promote effective decision-making.
- Build capabilities for subordinates in term of Visual Merchandising scope.

**_Operational work_**
- Record and report the in-store communication expenses on monthly and quarterly basis
- Filing and controlling the documents relate to marketing activities, especially in visual merchandising.
- Manage agencies (design, production suppliers) to deliver POSM on time
- Project management as assigned by Marketing Manager

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business or Communication
- Minimum 5 years of working experience at Marketing at Event/Activation agency, Specialize Retail Store (fashion, Skincare, cosmetics or H&B retail)
- Having design skills: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Beauty sense, Aesthetic taste and Attention to details
- Project management skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks under time pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills
- Time management and prioritization
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision but constantly collaborating with other functions within the company
- Negotiation skill
- Mobility and willingness to work extra hour or weekends
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in both Vietnamese and English
