- Report to Operation Manager
- Responsible of Managing Visual Merchandising in stores of Retail chain by weekly photo reports - including store layout, standard Guideline, planogram, Image Shelves, weekly & monthly VM report
- Empower visual, merchandising and selling teams to ensure execution of all merchandise strategies, standards presentations and promotional events
- Creating & updating store layout and product planogram for opening & product launching
- Scheduling & planning to produce Prop display(showcase) & window display, Image Shelves for all stores by following seasonal holiday, new product launching.
- Coordinate and working closely with Merchandiser team and Operation Team on weekly product orders, launching new products.
- Working with vendors, suppliers for any production related to store visual merchandise, store image, pop etc.
- Running training session for Store managers and salesmen about Visual Merchandising standard, planogram periodically
- Utilizes promotional calendar to set priorities and meet deadlines for store events
- Maximize sales opportunity by leveraging our core values (People, Service, Clientele, Loyalty) while executing central merchandise strategies to deliver the plan
- Supporting to arrange and display products for new stores, new brand
- Implement/deliver outstanding environment of presentation and merchandising
- Assisting to recruit, develop and retain an expert team of Visual/Merchandising Professionals
- Supporting other relevant tasks if required

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- 3+ years of experience in retail industry
- A strong sense of color, collocation, and trends
- Understand the uniqueness of each product to provide the suitable display
- Have a good knowledge of local customers’ preferences and give some reasonable suggestions
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Attention to details and a good understanding of commercial practice
- Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improvement
- Don’t need to design but understand how these programs works: AI, PS, Sketchup
- Basic English
