**About the Team**

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven** Retention Sales Agent**to join our expanding team. In this role, you will focus on building lasting relationships with our retail clients who speak Russian and either Vietnamese or Indonesian. Your primary responsibility will be to engage and support existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, promoting ongoing activity, and ultimately increasing client lifetime value.

You will be working with **IQ Option** - a globally recognized financial broker known for its innovative online trading platform. Since launching in 2013, IQ Option has become one of the industry leaders, serving millions of traders worldwide in over 13 languages. The platform offers a wide range of trading instruments, including Forex, CFDs, Options, and Crypto, and continues to grow rapidly across key global markets.

**Tasks**:

- Proactively reach out to existing clients and re-engage potentially inactive users.
- Deliver educational sessions on trading instruments, new platform features, and promotions.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance retention.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues with clarity, professionalism, and accuracy.
- Execute team initiatives and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Russian (B2 or C1) and Vietnamese or Indonesian (B2 or C1) — proficiency in both is a strong advantage and may result in higher compensation.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A client-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Basic understanding of financial markets and trading instruments.
- Previous experience working with retail clients or in a sales environment is a plus.
