Key Account Manager

**What We Can Offer**:
- Monitor the important account's sales performance and broaden the retail channel's selection.
- Create and put into action a strategic business strategy to accomplish the key account goals, such as those related to sales target, distribution, in-store execution, shelf share, category share, etc.
- Create and implement an account-specific promotion strategy with the brand manager to dominate the market and maintain a competitive edge.
- Create and execute a key account information system, analyze POS data, gather market and rivalry data, etc.
- Work together with higher-ups and the MKTG team to create a clear roadmap for closing gaps. This includes taking responsibility for doing so via monthly performance gap analyses of sales, trade stock, and execution by client and channel.
- Working on the forecast for the brand in Beauty and Health chains and Beauty specialty stores with the line manager
- Follow up with the brand team and provide updates regarding customer sellouts and the results of marketing expenditures.
- Check the execution of in-store excellence.
- Complete and on-time booking of all client administration tasks, including promotions, accruals, and other paperwork for brands in Key Account Customers and Chains.
- Assume overall project launch accountability for all project phases.
- Managing the sell-in and sell-out of trading stock.
- Managing overall forecasts with monthly financial provision.
**Job Requirements**:
- Graduated from college
- Strong background in sales and retail.
- Possess prior work history in the field of sales.
- Have prior experience managing important accounts (drug chains, beauty shops, and key accounts).
- Experience in the beauty business is a plus.
- Strong Selling and Negotiation Skills
- Strong customer relationship building and alignment skills.
- Advanced merchandising skill
