Role - Head of Business Development We are seeking an exceptional and passionate senior business development professional to join us as a co-founding Head of Business Development. In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage our business development activities. Your primary focus will be on identifying and creating growth opportunities, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue generation. **Responsibilities**: - Head of The Business Development will be focused on research and analyze business opportunities on behalf of The Collective Management Partners' clients. The Head of Business Development partner will work alongside the core members of TCMP and its network of consultants to provide execution-oriented management practices to enhance the business operations of TCMP's clients. - Lead and oversee a team of Business Development Consultants responsible for managing sales activities, including product selling, after-sales service, renewals, and follow-up. The primary objective is to drive the development of new business opportunities and maintain existing business for the company. Qualifications: - Undergraduate or master's degree in Business Administration or related fields - Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in managerial positions - Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization - Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities - Strong collaborative skills in a team environment - Agile and adaptive in challenging circumstances - Proficient in English and another language - Strong analytical and communication skills - High proficiency in MS Office, marketing automation tools, and office productivity tools - Excellent command of both spoken and written English - Fluency in additional languages will be highly regarded Offerings: - Equity ownership in the company - Cash remuneration based on target achievements - Fully remote work environment Please note: We kindly request that applicants include a cover letter highlighting their relevant experience and explaining their alignment with our mission and values. **Job Type**: Part-time
