Manages by objectives, at cluster level, Field Services Channel and Transactional teams The Channel and Transactional Sales Manager is leading a team of FS Channel, Inside service sales representative as well as presale team. His/Her focus is to organize, manage and coach his/her team in order to reach the different pre sales/sales targets given by his manager who is the Field Services VP in the country.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
**For the FS Inside Sales part**
- Coach direct reports regarding prospecting and strategies to drive business closure; monitor and review phone calls and provide coaching for improvement. Secure usage of BFO as main tool and repository of information.
- Define clear sales quota.
- Connect FS Inside Sales to key resources and clear roadblocks, enabling them to

achieve and/or exceed their orders goals.
- Ensure customer qualification and platforming for proximity accounts with the

support of the FS Operational Marketing and Outside Sales leaders. Secure IB
update is part of the process.
- Secures customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer
- Maintain a high level of interaction with Outside Service Sales Manager / BU

account manager/Product Inside Sales Manager to maximize business opportunities
and cross-selling
- Report sales activity and maintain a set of metrics through weekly, based on

KPIs/funnel/pipeline management as defined by GFS, using BFO
areas of process, efficiency and productivity.
- Participates in the preparation of analysis and reports on global field service

performance.
- Is directly accountable for Capture & Services plan renewal rates for simples

contracts
**For Channel**:

- Implement the local strategy in a country or group of countries, in line with global

strategy recommendations
- Achieve FS revenue and growth targets for indirect approach
- Establish & drive 3 year business plan with BU/Country Channel leader counterpart
- Establish revenue and growth targets with the selected channel partners
- Provide monthly forecasts and summaries in a timely manner
- Organize close work between Channel and Inside Service Sales Representatives to

maximize business opportunities
- “Feed” the Field Services Marketing leaders with Offers feedback and needs
- Educate channel partners on all products and services
- Coordinate and/or attend trade shows and marketing/sales seminars for channel partners as needed

**For Pre-sale**:

- Establish the follow the process for FS prescription
- Generate leads from performed audits
- Ensure deep collaboration between Pre-sale team, OSSRs and Partners for best utilization of pre-sale team

**Qualifications**
**Education / Skills**
- Ability to produce sales opportunities and drive pipeline growth
- Demonstrate success in leading/managing team with a sales mindset and a focus on training, coaching and motivation
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer. The concept of Customer Intimacy is critical in Field Services.
- Deep knowledge of services offers throughout the Asset Management Life Cycle is a plus.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational skills

**Salary**: 70,000,000₫ - 85,000,000₫ per month
