**Responsibilities**:
Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Content Creator who is passionate about creative storytelling with a performance mindset. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and overseeing the production of performance-driven content across platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Zalo, YouTube, and Display Networks. You will work independently and lead a small team to bring engaging ideas to life, collaborating closely with media buyers and creative leads to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead ideation, scriptwriting, and supervise production of content formats optimized for performance (short videos, hooks, storylines, etc.)
- Own and manage the full content lifecycle from idea to execution and post-evaluation
- Keep pulse on platform trends (especially TikTok & short-form), ensuring content stays fresh, relevant, and scroll-stopping
- Collaborate with Paid Media and Brand teams to craft messages that align with ILA’s tone yet perform in digital channels
- Manage and mentor a small team (2-5) of writers, editors, or creative freelancers
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize based on performance KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPAS...)

Skill Requirements
- Proven success in creating high-performing short-form content for social platforms
- Able to translate marketing briefs into emotionally engaging yet performance-optimized content
- Sharp understanding of Gen Z insights and online behavior
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Prior experience in education, edtech, or brands with complex products is a big plus

Required Experience
- 3+ years in content/digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency, with at least 1 year leading a small team

Required Education and qualifications
Bachelor degree
