You will be in charge of one of our product verticals' vision, strategy, and execution throughout Vietnam.
You will be working in a dynamic environment with top-notch coworkers.
You will lead a cross-functional team through the product development lifecycle, establish requirements, analyze customer journeys, define the roadmap for your industry, and set timescales.
Your responsibilities:

- Determine the places where your product lines have potential and issues. Build strategic plan & conduct execution regarding product development
- Prioritization of both new features and ongoing enhancements based on value
- Utilizing a variety of tools and techniques, gain a thorough understanding of your clients by continuously collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
- Delivering a best-in-class experience to your clients means researching the regional competition's products.
- Establish and keep track of the objective success measures for your products.
- With the assistance of the design and development teams, translate the potential into precise, high-quality product requirements.
- Work together with the engineering team to implement the requirements and ensure a successful launch.

**Job Requirements**:

- You have worked in high-performing, cross-functional teams in a similar role
- You have experience in fintech, consumer finance, lending
- You are confident enabling and taking part in the team's architectural and technical decisions since you have a technical understanding of what it takes to create and manage large-scale systems and services.
- You are able to lead, encourage, and assist a team in completing tasks.
- User stories and specific needs can be created using the knowledge and experience of you and your team.
- You are effective at explaining thoughts and ideas to all types of stakeholders.
- You are skilled at influencing choices made at various organizational levels and in a range of circumstances.
- You have expertise in agile approaches and experience with data-driven product development.
- Very good English communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, especially presentation & debating in English
- You do well under pressure and in the face of uncertainty.
