**Responsibilities**:
Focus on market development for VABB and Ports
- Support country marketing and distributors in organizing and conducting both on-site and virtual clinical training and education programs to nurses, radiology technicians and physicians, including presentation of information and clinical simulation training.
- Effectively communicate products’ value proposition, features and benefits or any relevant updates to end users.
- Develop and maintain robust product knowledge, including market trend updates, on BD Intervention’s transformative solutions.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and relevant marketing materials, following medical, legal and regulatory policies.
- Develop strong working relationships with end-users and expand customer base for these transformative solutions.
- Collaborate with SEA & country marketing team and collect data to support team business case and assess clinical effectiveness of products.
- Work alongside country marketing team to identify market opportunities and unmet needs, and co-develop market development plans for specific products where required.
- Work with sales team and distributors to ensure smooth execution of abovementioned market development plans to maximize therapy reach.
- Track effectiveness of execution, and pivot when necessary.
- Support trade shows, educational events and BD-initiated events as requested.

Preferred Requirements- A Basic Degree in Medical Doctor or Nursing background.- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Medical Device, Medical Supply Products as the Clinical Specialist.- Mature, Self-motivated and able to work independently- Good presentation skill.- Team work management and supervisory skill.- Experience with BD products or Healthcare product is preferred.- Excellent command of English is a must.- Pleasant personality and customer oriented and good negotiation skill.- Own Transportation
