**REPORTS TO (TITLE)**

Business Development Manager, Integrated Diagnostics System - Vietnam

**DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR (subordinate positions if any)**

Application specialist support for Specimen Management product segment of IDS

**PURPOSE OF JOB**

Responsible for the achievement of product sales and promotion, providing marketing services and product information to customer

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide the product presentation and training for Specimen Management product portfolio of IDS to ensure end-user satisfaction.
- Ensure the achievement and sustain growth of product in the assigned area.
- Promote products, provide clinical support information and service in the assigned geographical area.
- Develop, implement and tracking marketing program in the area of assignment.
- Manage key accounts through implementation of additional promotional programs applicable in the assigned area.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with key influencers, opinion leaders and end-users necessary to carry out her function.
- Build good relationship with distributors’ team to achieve sales and profit target.
- Carry out market survey and gather important information on our products and competitors.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports as required by the Business Manager
- Represent the company in conventions and exhibitions.
- Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
- Education:_
- Degree of Laboratory Medicine Technique or
- Degree of nurse or related
- Relevant Experience:_
- Minimum 3 years experience in medical device products or in clinical laboratory.
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Analytical problem solving
- Enthusiastic and independent
- Experience with BD products is preferred
- Good command in English
- Pleasant personality and customer oriented with good negotiation skill
- Willingness to travel (30-40%)
