This position should focus on transferring expertise to the local team and work closely with local and regional/global relevant teams to build strong technical selling capabilities for maximization of key poultry vaccines’ commercial potential. The individual will engage directly with customers as requested by the local team in Vietnam.
- Provide specialized and high level veterinary technical support to technical and marketing staff in Vietnam to fulfil the sales model transition, from distribution to direct sale
- Upskill teams by leveraging technical and marketing expertise and best practice from other markets to achieve annual and strategic business goals
- Develop key talents through international assignment to help them get international exposure from different markets

**PRIMARY ACTIVITIES**
- Define, create and implement the technical strategy for vaccine and pharmaceutical portfolio products.
- Create go-to-market strategy and execute
- Support field force directly by engaging customers
- Build support network around these products by engaging Key Opinion Leaders
- Conduct Market Support Studies to generate excellent technical data package to support sales
- Transfer knowledge and skillset to local team members, leaving fully functional team in place after 3 years
- Define, create and update the technical platforms for other new and existing products and services to ensure the best quality technical information is available for the local markets and is aligned with Global strategic and operational needs
- The individual(s) will be working with both regional team and global team closely, including Regional Technical Director, Regional Marketing Director, Global Marketing and Global Technical Directors etc. to ensure alignment on execution of technical solution strategies in the market.

**_ Desired _**_Experience/Education:_**_ _**
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Animal Health and/or Production or Academia
- Experience with key poultry product lines is essential
- Previous technical advisory experience
- Vietnam exposure/experience is desirable but not critical
- Full proficiency in spoken and written English (secondary proficiency in spoken/written Vietnamese is desirable but not critical)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including intercultural, interpersonal and general communication with a natural ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Availability to travel (approx. 70% or more travel)
- Self-starter, able to work and manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Experience or proven ability to work in a multicultural environment
