We are looking for a talented and passionate **Senior Executive, Sales Support**. This position is critical for the company’s growth. He/she should be working closely with both internal and external stakeholder so as to generate new demand for the company’s products.

**Job Purpose**:
- Deliver message of company “#1 premier end-to-end E-logitics solution in Vietnam”.
Acquire & manage mass merchants as assigned.
Increase number of merchants onboarding successfully on system.
Resolve Merchant’s problem & complaints with highest satisfaction.
Build & maintain the best Customer Service team with “Customer centric & speed support” spirit.
Contribute to BD department goals
- **What you’d contribute**:
- Manage and support group of mass merchants.
Manage E-contract flow & ensure re-signoff nearly expired contracts.
Timely update new policies for Merchants & internal team.
Specially care for Strategic merchants
CS operation Analysis & Improvement plan
Internal & external negotiate for final solution and backlog clearance.
Weekly/Monthly reports to managers & strategic merchants
Track & control team performance with SLA & OKRs
Allocate work to team members following merchant’s type (Mass/Big/Strategic)
Train new members.
- **What you’d have to succeed for the role**:
- Experience with Customer Services/ Operation Logistics or similar role
Being agile, responsible, and learning actively
Dynamic, ebullient, ability to work under pressure
Soft skills of solve problems, teamwork, presentation
Sincere, cautious, and thoughtful in their work
- **Nice-to-have experience**:
- Possess knowledge of customer service and handling complaints, or have worked for fulfillment/shipping companies.
