DigiSource's customer is Seatincom, an information technology services company, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, looking to recruit for the position: C&B Specialist
C&B Specialist works under supervision of C&B Team Manager to perform all C&B operational and transactional tasks and to take responsibility for administration of C&B standard operation processes that in line with the company’s policies and in accordance with Vietnamese regulations and laws

**I. HR Admin Tasks**
- HR Admin Tasks Prepare labor contract and C&B related documents
- Follow up labor contract/ annex expiry and proceed contract renewal
- Support the C&B Team Manager in on-boarding and termination process including documentation preparation, communication to related department, exit interview and onboard/off-board checklist
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data base as well as completion of employee’s personal profile

**II. Payroll (internal staff and service contracted people)**
- Coordinate with department to get approved timesheet for monthly payroll
- Calculate monthly payroll and get all required approval for payment
- Process monthly payroll payment
- Send monthly payslip to employees

**III. Others**
- Support the C&B Team Manager in managing and communicating KPIs
- Generate and submit periodically reports to local authorities at their requests
- Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.

**Job Requirement**
- At least 04 years of professional experience in human resources or related services.
- Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal). Solid on-site experience.
- Fluent in English
- Good understand of local labor law and regulations.
- Location: Phnom Penh/ Bangkok
