Job Description & Responsibilities

As a C&B Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Payroll, Bonuses & Benefits Management
  • Calculate, verify, and disburse salaries, bonuses, allowances, and subsidies monthly in a timely and accurate manner, in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage deductions, taxable income, and non-taxable income to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Propose, implement, and manage employee benefit programs (health insurance, gifts, subsidies, and other benefit policies).
  • Social Insurance, Health Insurance & Unemployment Insurance
  • Process procedures for social insurance increases/decreases, finalizing records, reissuing social/health insurance books/cards per regulations.
  • Prepare documentation and handle social insurance claims (sickness, maternity, occupational accidents, retirement).
  • Reconcile social insurance data periodically with the insurance agency and address arising issues to protect employee rights.
  • Personal Income Tax & Legal Compliance
  • Compile data, prepare & submit monthly/quarterly personal income tax (PIT) declarations.
  • Handle annual PIT finalization and assist employees in clarifying tax-related questions.
  • Stay updated on new legislation related to tax, social insurance, labor law, etc., to ensure full compliance.
  • HR Documentation & Records
  • Draft, file, and manage labor documents: contracts, appointment decisions, salary adjustment, disciplinary actions, resignations, etc.
  • Prepare and submit periodic labor reports to relevant government agencies.
  • Ensure that C&B data is well-organized, accurate, and confidential.
  • Collaboration & Support
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide payroll, benefit, and compensation reports and data.
  • Respond directly to employee queries related to salary, tax, and benefits.
  • Coordinate with tax offices, social insurance agencies, labor authorities, and other partners when issues arise.
  • Requirements / QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B at a company with at least 200 employees.
  • Proficient in payroll, PIT, social insurance, and related reporting.
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax law, and current regulations.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with HRIS / HRM software is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills, ability to handle situations and clarify employees' questions effectively.
  • Meticulous, honest, confidentiality-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
