Với vai trò
Chuyên viên C&B (Compensation & Benefits Specialist)
, bạn sẽ trực tiếp tham gia vào việc xây dựng và triển khai các chính sách
lương – thưởng – phúc lợi
của Tập đoàn, đảm bảo công bằng, minh bạch và phù hợp với thị trường. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm quản lý quy trình
tính lương, phúc lợi, bảo hiểm
cũng như tham mưu cho Ban lãnh đạo trong việc hoàn thiện hệ thống C&B.

Đây là vị trí quan trọng, đóng vai trò cầu nối giữa chính sách nhân sự và trải nghiệm thực tế của người lao động, góp phần duy trì động lực làm việc, thu hút và giữ chân nhân tài, đồng thời bảo đảm tuân thủ đầy đủ các quy định pháp luật hiện hành.

2. Nhiệm vụ công việc

· Theo dõi, kiểm tra và giám sát việc chấm công, nghỉ phép, nghỉ bù, tăng ca và các chế độ khác theo nội quy lao động.

· Thực hiện tính lương, thưởng, phụ cấp, trợ cấp và đảm bảo chi trả đúng hạn cho toàn bộ CBNV.

· Quản lý, lưu trữ và cập nhật hồ sơ nhân sự, hồ sơ lương, khen thưởng, kỷ luật, thăng tiến và thôi việc.

· Giải đáp thắc mắc, hỗ trợ CBNV liên quan đến chính sách tiền lương và phúc lợi.

· Theo dõi, cập nhật biến động và giải quyết chế độ
BHXH, BHYT, BHTN
, phối hợp với cơ quan Nhà nước để thực hiện đúng quy định.

· Vận hành, quản lý và giám sát hệ thống
chính sách phúc lợi
của Tập đoàn.

· Tham gia xây dựng, điều chỉnh hệ thống thang bảng lương, chính sách khen thưởng, phúc lợi và các quy định khác phù hợp với pháp luật và tình hình thực tế.

· Nghiên cứu, cập nhật quy định pháp luật liên quan để tham mưu, đề xuất giải pháp kịp thời.

· Hỗ trợ các hoạt động, phong trào liên quan đến chế độ phúc lợi của nhân viên.

· Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên/Lãnh đạo Tập đoàn.

3. Yêu cầu

· Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Lao động tiền lương, Quản trị nhân sự hoặc các ngành liên quan.

· Tối thiểu
05 năm kinh nghiệm
ở vị trí C&B hoặc tương đương.

· Am hiểu
Luật Lao động, Luật BHXH, Thuế TNCN
.

· Thành thạo tin học văn phòng và các phần mềm liên quan.

· Kỹ năng: giao tiếp tốt, lập kế hoạch, giải quyết vấn đề, làm việc nhóm.

· Độ tuổi:
27 – 40 tuổi
.

· Tố chất: năng động, nhạy bén, tác phong chuyên nghiệp.
