(Senior) Business Development Executive

**About The Role**
Glints is seeking a target-driven and strategic **(Senior) **Business Development Executive** to join our team, to expand our business not only in Vietnam but to South East Asia. You will be at the front of Glints and help us to grow our client base. The mission of this role is to drive sustainable growth through outreach and forge strong relationships with clients.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Develop a business development strategy focusing on Vietnam as well as strategies to penetrate the Southeast Asia market.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Negotiate high stakes contract which leads to complex deals closure
- Strengthen our fast-growing South East Asia team

**Who We Are Looking For**:
- Sales/Business Development professional with 2-5 years of experience in relevant roles.
- Good English skills in business communication
- Proactive and independent: able to work and come up with their ideas.
- Strategic: able to see beyond the current step and identify opportunities for growth.
- Target-oriented: committed to achieving goals ethically and efficiently.
- Quick learner: able to quickly adopt new strategies and approaches without ego
- Skilled negotiator: able to close complex deals and solve problems effectively.
- Well-versed in the psychology of sales: comfortable negotiating high-stakes contracts and renegotiating existing ones.
- Relationship-builder: able to develop authentic relationships quickly and build long-term trust with customers and stakeholders.
