Position Summary/Tóm tắt vị trí
- The Instant Services Agent is responsible for providing an efficient and friendly service at Reservations and Telecommunication Department, including but not limited to the bookings of resort and telephone service as well as transportation plans and tickets to special events. Perform all duties in accordance with Ixora by Fusion./ _Nhân viên bộ phận tổng đài có trách nhiệm cung cấp dịch vụ một cách hiệu quả và thân thiện tại bộ phận đặt phòng và viễn thông, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở việc đặt phòng khách sạn và dịch vụ điện thoại cũng như kế hoạch vận chuyển và vé tham dự các sự kiện đặc biệt. Thực hiện mọi nhiệm vụ theo chính sách của Ixora by Fusion_.

Responsibilities/ _Trách nhiệm_
- Provide excellent guest service in handling high call volume while being proficient in PMS and other systems./ _Thao tác chuyên nghiệp trên hệ thống máy vi tính để có thể cung cấp cho khách những dịch vụ tốt nhất ngay khi đang xử lý số lượng cuộc gọi cao._
- Maintain education on room availability, rate structure, pricing strategies, revenue management, and promotional programs. / _Duy trì việc cập nhật thông tin về phòng trống, cơ cấu và chiến lược giá, việc quản lí lợi nhuận và các chương trình khuyến mãi._
- Handle guest complaints with diplomatic and patient professionalism ensuring their satisfaction and escalating their concerns when you cannot resolve the issue directly. / _Giải quyết những phàn nàn của khách hàng bằng sự kiên nhẫn và chuyên nghiệp để đảm bảo sự hài lòng và nhận biết được mối quan tâm của họ khi không trực tiếp giải quyết tình huống._
- Establish and manage good relationships with condotel & villa owners. / _Thiết lập và quản lý mối quan hệ tốt đẹp với chủ căn hộ nghỉ dưỡng và biệt thự._
- Maintain close work relationships with other departments and leaders to promote feedback and efficient operations. /_ Duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với cấp trên, đồng nghiệp trong cùng phòng ban và những phòng ban khác để hoạt động hiệu quả và nhận được những phản hồi hữu ích._
- Make certain that areas of accountability are executed in uncompromised levels. / _Bảo đảm công việc của bộ phận luôn được duy trì ở mức độ tối ưu. Tận dụng mọi nguồn lực vốn có._
- Must maintain knowledge of the resort products, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, casino and golf, food and beverage facilities and promotions, spa and gym, and other The Grand Ho Tram properties. /_Có kiến thức đầy đủ về sản phẩm của khách sạn, bao gồm các loại phòng, giá, các tính năng và tiện nghi liên quan, khu trò chơi có thưởng và sân gôn, các cửa hàng ăn uống và khuyến mãi, spa và phòng tập thể dục, và các khách sạn khác thuộc The Grand Hồ Tràm._

**Job Requirement**:
Qualifications/Bằng cấp liên quan
- One year of working experience is preferred. / _Ưu tiên 01 năm kinh nghiệm._
- A vocational School Certificate is preferred. /_ Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ nghề._
- Microsoft Office knowledge and computer skills required. / _Thông thạo vi tính văn phòng._
- Must present a well-groomed appearance. / _Diện mạo chỉnh tề_
- Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace, both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is required, and a third language is preferable. / _Khả năng giao tiếp lưu loát để tương tác trong môi trường công sở. Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh._
