- Job Title- Institutional Partnership Officer- Post on- Reports To- Experience**POSITION PURPOSE**:
The IP executive is the person responsible for the schooling channel of BUV, connecting and implementing activities and events with school partners to increase BUV’s brand recognition at the accounts under his or her charge, thereby helping to reach the target audiences, and increase new annual enrollment numbers of BUV.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**:

- **Account development and management**
- Develop and manage current accounts and networks allocated by IP Manager and actively develop and manage personal accounts
- Develop own recruitment sources from personal network and channels to increase the number of potential leads and enrolments
- Manage all recruitment sources and channels with appropriate and effective account management methods.
- **Student Recruitment & Marketing support**
- Actively promote recruitment to pre-university English, foundation, undergraduate, postgraduate and IELTS preparation programmes.
- Take part and take charge in the organisation’s SR and marketing events including but not limited to Open Days, school events, workshops, consultation booths, fairs & exhibitions etc.
- Branding & positioning BUV at schools in charge.

- Consolidate and report on a monthly basis or as requested by the Line manager.
- Additional tasks as assigned

**POSITION SPECIFICATIONS**:

- Essential_
- Vietnamese with fluent English Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline & preferably in Communications, Marketing, or Business.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a group
- Analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal communications
- Desirable_
- 3 years of working experience in a similar position
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Basic experience with online meeting platforms: Zoom, Google Meet, Teams
