Partnership Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Recruitment & Onboarding:
Identify, connect, and onboard potential partners (digital agencies, solution providers, technology partners) into the BSS Commerce partner ecosystem.Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners; act as the main point of contact and advocate for partners within BSS Commerce.Training & Support:
Provide partners with training, resources, and necessary support to effectively promote and implement BSS Commerce solutions to their clients.Co-Marketing Initiatives:
Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute joint activities such as webinars, case studies, workshops, and events to strengthen partnerships.Performance Monitoring:
Track partner performance metrics, analyze data, and recommend solutions to improve engagement and success.Sales Support:
Work closely with the Sales/product team to ensure partners drive revenue and achieve shared business goals.Feedback Collection:
Gather and consolidate feedback from partners to help improve products, support processes, and the partner program.Travel:
Occasional travel to meet partners in person or attend events with the team.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or a similar role within SaaS, eCommerce, or Digital Marketing.Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, particularly Shopify, B2B Wholesale, etc.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively.Relationship-Building:
Proven ability to establish and maintain strong partner relationships as well as collaborate effectively with internal teams.Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret data, analyze metrics, and make data-driven decisions.Team Player:
Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional and international team environments.Adaptability:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities.Mindset:
Growth mindset, quick learner, result-oriented, and committed to contributing real value to the team.
To be a BSSer, you will have
- Salary: 15M - 19M (Review every 6 months)
- Have a chance to work with foreign partners. Exposed to the latest technology and eCommerce trend;
- Monthly in-house coaching and mentor programs;
- Benefiting from birthday presents, seniority allowance, coverage of specialization courses fee, or career certificate.
- Working time: 5 days per week, 8h30 to 17h45, from Monday to Friday. Allowed 13.5 days of absence per year (12 days of absence according to laws and 1.5 days of absence for annual company trip)
- Chance to participate in team-building, picnics, summer trip, voluntary activities … regularly
- Convenient office on the 14th, 16th, 18th, 19th, and 20th floors with scenic views. Tea, coffee, and drinks are always available at the office
- Social Insurance and Health Insurance are paid by the company after 2 months of working trial, and others benefit according to the Labor Law.
