**WHAT YOU‘LL DO** **1. Monthly Payroll** - Calculate and manage monthly payroll, attendance/ leave record for employees; - Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries to employees; - Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current regulations; - Ensure line managers are up to date with changes of HR policies or labor regulations. **2. Expat Service** - Administrative Support: Handling paperwork, tax issues, and other tasks; - Ongoing Support: Offering help with everyday needs and challenges faced by expats. **3. Policy & Report** - Drafting new policies; - Reviewing and updating existing policies; - Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; - Generating regular or ad-hoc reports. **4.
