**Job description**:

- Work closely with Business Development to understand client needs and explain how our solutions can address them.
- Conduct requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution mapping to ensure alignment with customer business goals.
- Work with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into functional specifications and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against requirements.
- Provide technical explanations and documentation to help customers and stakeholders understand product features.
- Partner with clients to identify opportunities for product enhancement or expansion.

**Job requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Analytical thinking and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience with SaaS, CRM, ERP, or product-based tech companies.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
