We are seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst to join our team, driving the analysis of business requirements and optimizing our AI Platform and GPU Cloud products to deliver maximum value to our customers
- ** Requirements Gathering and Analysis**: Collaborate closely with stakeholders (Product Managers, technical, and design teams) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for GreenNode.ai’s AI Platform and GPU Cloud.
- ** Documentation**: Create detailed documentation such as BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS (System Requirement Specification), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- ** Process Optimization**: Analyze current business processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience on the AI Platform and GPU Cloud.
- ** Product Development Support**: Work with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards set by GreenNode.ai.
- ** Solution Validation**: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that AI and GPU Cloud solutions meet client expectations.
- ** Data Analysis**: Leverage data to propose product improvements, optimize performance, and enhance value for end-users of the AI Platform and GPU Cloud.
- ** Strategic Alignment**: Ensure business requirements align with the strategic goals of the AI Platform, GPU Cloud, and GreenNode.ai’s overall business objectives.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Information System.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in analyzing and documenting business requirements (BRD, SRS, user stories).
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Basic understanding of GPU Cloud, AI/ML, APIs, and high-performance computing platforms is an advantage.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proactive and creative in proposing innovative solutions.
- Language: capable of writing English documentation and communicating effectively
