A. POSITION PURPOSE

The Junior Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting business operations by documenting and translating business requirements into system specifications. They will focus on system migration projects, including the ongoing transition from Tour plan to Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role requires a deep understanding of sales processes in a destination management company, including FIT, GIT, and group sales. As a permanent team member, the Junior Business Analyst will also support the continuous improvement and deployment of ERP and CRM systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

B. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
- Support System Migration
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for the system migration project.
- Work closely with senior analysts to ensure all business needs are captured in the new system.
- Sales Process Analysis
- Understand and document FIT, GIT, and Group sales workflows in the current system.
- Collaborate with teams to map these processes to the new system (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze data related to business operations to identify potential impacts of the migration.
- Support the generation of reports and insights that inform decision-making.
- Training & Support
- Assist in developing training materials and guides for end-users on the new system.
- Provide first-level support to users during the initial stages of the system transition.

C. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM system deployment projects.
- Experience with business processes in the tourism industry, especially within a destination management company (preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales processes, specifically FIT, GIT, and group sales.
- Demonstrated ability to document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system migration projects.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working across departments and with external vendors.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
