Effectively utilize the use of manpower. - Responsible for general HR activities of the company, including: recruitment, staff attendance, annual leave, salary calculation & payment, insurance, medical check up. - In charge of PIT report & payment. - Follow up the implementation of company’s regulation. - Organize, implement basic training for company’s staff in accordance with authorities’ requirement. - Responsible for general affairs activities of the company, including: fix asset control, office equipment and stationary control. - Responsible for organize of all company events: Summer trip, Year-end Party, Ceremonies under supervision of the direct superior. - Improve retention rate of employee. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Male/ Female.
