**The Position**

We are looking for an experienced **Finance Accounting Manager** who oversees Group's finance and accounting activities performed by Operation Hub located in Vietnam. This Finance Manager's responsibilities include managing accounting and tax records in Vietnam as well as other Group's subsidiaries through managing accounting agencies. This position also plays an important role in building accounting team in Vietnam as a Global Accounting Hub and improve global accounting standardization.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Managing accounting records, tax records for OPSWAT Vietnam to ensure all accounting records and tax records are compliant with Vietnam Accounting Standards, Vietnam laws and regulations and Group accounting policies.
- Managing specific accounting recognitions for parent company in US and its other subsidiaries.
- Managing accounting agencies of the group's subsidiaries in EU, APAC, Middle East,to ensure their performance are in line with our requirements.
- Building up and strengthen group accounting team based in Vietnam to successfully become Global Finance and Accounting Operation Hub.
- Involving in standardize and improve global finance and accounting process.
- Working closely with FP&A team to provide meaningful analysis to the Board.
- Involving in other global projects.

**What We Need from You**:

- Degree in accounting, finance, or similar fields.
- 2+ years of experience as a **Finance Accounting Manager** / Chief Accountant** or similar position in international company.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Possesses integrity and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
- Able to collaborate with and motivate others.
- Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines.
- Fluency in English.

**It Would Be Nice If You Had**:

- Experience with US GAAP and/ or IFRS
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce and/ or other ERP/ accounting system.
- Experience with Internal controls improvement.
- Membership of ACCA/CPA/CMA/ICAEW
