Task Summary: To ensure financial - accounting operation of TDH company and its subsidiaries to run in a stable and effective manner. At the same time, orientating and advising on financial activities for the subsidiaries.

Task 1: Cash flow management
1.1. Planning, controlling the cash flow. Assisting to establish financial and accounting rules and regulations.
1.2. Maintaining cash flow integrity, balancing revenue, expenditure and liquidity. Having an insightful of capital and using cash flow effectively.

Task 2: Capital and asset management, capital and M&A arrangements
2.1. Developing and deploying capital management strategies of the company, including: negotiating, debts restructuring, maintaining financial agreements to ensure capital stability.
2.2. Setting up financial forecasting instruments. Negotiating and arranging capital to meet the company’s business strategies.
2.3. Setting up capital structure for M&A deals and propose critical opinions to sucessfully achieve the M&A when required.
2.4. Developing financial relationships with financial institutions: accessing, establishing and maintaining contacts with external bodies, including foreign investors/funds, banks, shareholders,
2.5. Managing assets, loans as well as investment capital effectively.

Task 3: Budget -based finance and profit management
3.1. Analyzing, planning, forecasting scenarios and making plans to prevent financial risks.
3.2. Assisting to Group Finance Manager in controlling, evaluating the financial position of the company and its subsidiaries.
3.3. Developing the company’s and its subsidiaries’budgets, screening costs and liabilities.

Task 4: Financial compliance control and accounting management (work with each Chief Account)
4.1. Complying with the provisions of the law on finance - accounting - tax.
4.2. Preparing financial statements and accouting books to ensure auditing as regulated by law.
4.3. Managing financial and accounting operations.

Any other responsibilities assigned by Line Manager.

**Experience**:
a. Professional experience: from 10 years of experience in finance.
b. Management experience: 7 years

Knowledge:

- Understanding of market, energy, oil and gas industry, financial investment and real estate.
- Expert knowledge of international accounting and financial management.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations on finance and accounting.
- Knowledge of digital technology, smart technology, complex data analysis.
