**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 12 - 14 triệu VNĐ)
Chăm sóc khách hàng
- Làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng để nhận brief
- Gặp gỡ, trao đổi và đàm phán với khách hàng
- Xây dựng và duy trì quan hệ bền vững với khách hàng, nhằm hỗ trợ phát triển dự án cũng như các cơ hội kinh doanh trong tương lai
- Là đầu mối giao tiếp trong tất cả các vấn đề liên quan tới khách hàng
- Tiếp cận khách hàng tiềm năng để xây dựng quan hệ và tìm kiếm dự án mới

Đối với đối tác và team
- Làm việc với các thành viên khác trong team để đề xuất các chiến dịch, sự kiện phù hợp với yêu cầu và ngân sách của khách hàng
- Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ thân thiết đối với các đối tác, nhà cung cấp, khách sạn...
- Đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm và tiến độ công việc với đối tác và các thành viên trong team, theo quy chuẩn của 5S Media và khách hàng

Quản lý dự án
- Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và trình bày đề xuất ý tưởng, dự toán kinh phí với Quản lý, Khách hàng
- Làm việc liên tục (hàng ngày) với khách hàng, đối tác, nhà cung cấp và team để hoàn thiện kế hoạch chi tiết và vận hành liên tục tới khi đóng dự án
- Báo cáo dự án bao gồm việc dự đoán, phân tích, tiến độ KPI với Quản lý và Khách hàng
- Đảm bảo giao tiếp nội bộ trôi chảy, hiệu quả
- Quản lý ngân sách, quản lý chi tiêu dự án và các vấn đề hoá đơn, chứng từ, hợp đồng
- Thực hiện dự toán, tổng kết và báo cáo tài chính theo quy định của công ty.

Phát triển sản phẩm
- Cùng với các thành viên khác, bạn cần phát triển các thế mạnh của sản phẩm hiện tại và xây dựng các sản phẩm mới để tiếp cận các khách hàng tiềm năng
- Tối ưu chi phí từng dự án
- Tối ưu quy trình làm việc để tiết kiệm tài nguyên

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Lương cơ bản từ 12,000,000 - 14,000,000 gross
- BHXH, BHYT theo luật định
- Thưởng lễ, Tết, sinh nhật theo quy định của công ty
- Thưởng tháng lương 13 và thưởng cuối năm theo quy định của công ty
- Happy Hour và các hoạt động outing, đào tạo
- Company Trip và khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương từ 3 năm, trong lĩnh vực Event doanh nghiệp hoặc MICE là một lợi thế
- Cẩn thận, chủ động và linh hoạt trong xử lý tình huống
- Mong muốn học tập và làm việc trong môi trường năng động, tốc độ cao
- Thành thạo tiếng Anh (viết, nói)
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình tốt
- Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao và cam kết deadlines
