**JOB BRIEF**:
Our Advisory team is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to conduct market research, interact with clients, and use financial data to create financial valuations and reports.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Produce high-quality real estate valuation and feasibility study reports. This includes collecting project information, site inspections, market research, modelling, reviewing, writing reports, and liaising with clients and other third parties.
- Allocate and review tasks performed by financial analysts and interns. You will also be involved in the recruitment process.
- Maintain, develop, and network with existing and potential clients.
- Manage our clients’ requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare capability statements, proposals, contracts, marketing material and high-quality blog content.

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Master’s degree or Distinction Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Valuations/ Real Estate.
- At least two years of real estate, corporate finance, financial advisory, or auditing experience.
- Professional certificates (RICS, MOF Valuers, CFA etc.) are preferred.
- Proficient in English (IELTS over 7.0 or equivalent, internationally educated).
