**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Admissions & Marketing Director will spearhead the strategic direction of admissions and marketing initiatives. This pivotal role involves creating impactful strategies to attract and retain students while strengthening the school's brand identity within the educational market. By overseeing both admissions and marketing, the director will drive enrollment growth, manage the prospective student experience, and elevate brand visibility to enhance the institution's reputation locally and globally.

**OBJECTIVES**

The primary objective is to achieve targeted enrollment numbers through robust admissions processes and strategic marketing efforts. The director will establish and monitor KPIs to ensure admissions and marketing efforts align with the overall mission. Success will be defined by meeting or exceeding enrollment targets, strengthening brand engagement, and fostering high satisfaction among prospective families.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior leaders to align admissions and marketing strategies with institutional goals.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans for admissions and marketing.
- Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry to final enrollment, ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective students and their families.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families, ensuring personalized support throughout their journey.
- Develop data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand recognition.
- Conduct and analyze market research to understand trends and refine recruitment strategies.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Partner with external agencies and vendors to enhance marketing reach.
- Organize and manage events like open houses and community engagement activities.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions metrics and marketing initiatives for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory standards and maintain high standards of data integrity in admissions processes.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Must-Have Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing successful admissions and marketing campaigns in an international educational setting.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**:

- Master's degree or additional certifications related to marketing or educational management.
- Experience working within a multicultural or international educational environment.
