**I. Job Purpose/ Mục Đích Công Việc**:
To be responsible for the management, development, delivery the merchandise strategy and category management concepts to subordinates, maximize category sales, profit, trading income generation, stock, and support stores to achieve best operating results. She/He will manage 1 or 2 categories including: / Có trách nhiệm quản lý, phát triển và triển khai chiến lược hàng hóa và các khái niệm quản lý danh mục cho nhân viên cấp dưới, tối đa hóa doanh số, lợi nhuận, sinh lợi từ hoạt động kinh doanh, hàng tồn kho và hỗ trợ cửa hàng để đạt được kết quả vận hành tốt nhất. Cô/Anh sẽ quản lý 1 hoặc 2 danh mục bao gồm:
**II. Job Accountabilities/ Trách Nhiệm Công Việc**:
**2.1. Strategic/ Chiến lược**:
Implement the merchandise, buying and pricing strategies for categories, in line with the agreed company vision and mission./ Triển khai chiến lược hàng hóa, mua sắm và định giá cho các danh mục, phù hợp với tầm nhìn và sứ mệnh công ty đã đề ra.
Control all nationwide range and approval local range in each region for the incharge category/ Kiểm soát toàn bộ danh mục hàng hóa trong phạm vi toàn quốc và quyết định danh mục hàng hóa trong từng khu vực cho nhóm ngành hàng phụ trách.
NW Pricing and Margin strategy (RSP & Promotion) for category(ies)/ Thực hiện chiến lược giá và lợi nhuận của ngành hàng pham vi toàn quốc.
Establish and maintain effective SKU control and tail management. / Thiết lập và duy trì việc kiểm soát SKU hiệu quả và quản lý danh sách hàng tồn.
**2.2 Sales and Profit/ Doanh số và Lợi nhuận**:
Maintain budget margin and pricing frame which maximizes business profits whilst delivering a good value offer to the customer./ Giữ mức lợi nhuận và khung giá để tối đa hóa lợi nhuận kinh doanh trong khi mang lại giá trị cho khách hàng
Handle suppliers on Trading Terms, Marketing activation and Trading Income/ Phụ trách các nhà cung cấp về Điều khoản thương mại, Hoạt động tiếp thị và các khoản doanh thu thương mại khác.
**2.3 People/ Nhân Sự**:
Build an effective and open working relationship both within the Merchandising Department and with other Departments./ Xây dựng mối quan hệ làm việc hiệu quả và cởi mở cả trong Bộ phận hàng hóa và với các Bộ phận khác.
Share to Supervisor/assistant direction and problem solving/ Chia sẻ hướng dẫn và giải quyết vấn đề với cấp trên/đồng nghiệp.
Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager/ Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý trực tiếp.
**III. Job Requirements/ Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred/ Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành kinh tế hoặc liên quan.
Minimum 6-8 years’ working experience in Retail merchandising and at least 2 years at the same position/ Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực bán lẻ hàng hóa và ít nhất 2 năm ở vị trí tương đương.
Good at English and computer skills/ Tiếng Anh tốt và kỹ năng sử dụng máy tính tốt.
Quick learning, willing to take up challenges/ Nhanh nhẹn, sẵn lòng đối mặt với thách thức.
Outstanding communication skills/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment/ Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, tính trách nhiệm và cam kết cao.
Strong at Leadership and team work skills/ Khả năng lãnh đạo và làm việc nhóm tốt.
