**I. Job Purpose/ Mục Đích Công Việc**:
To be responsible for assisting Line Manager on the management, development, maximize category sales, profit, trading income generation, stock, and support stores to achieve best operating result./ Chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ Quản Lý Trực Tiếp trong việc quản lý, phát triển, tối đa hóa doanh số, lợi nhuận và các nguồn thu, hợp lý hóa hàng tồn kho và hỗ trợ các cửa hàng đạt được kết quả kinh doanh tốt nhất.
**II. Job Accountabilities/ Trách Nhiệm Công Việc**:
**2.1. Administration/ Quản Lý**:
Assisting on implementing category strategy./ Hỗ trợ việc triển khai chiến lược của ngành hàng được giao.
Visits market and competitors and stores to initiate market trend and competitors operations and store execution./ Thực hiện việc khảo sát thị trường và đối thủ cạnh tranh, thăm cửa hàng.
**Support Line Manager in/ Hỗ trợ Quản Lý Trực Tiếp trong**:
Prepare sales contract and get validated by Merchandising Administration./ Soạn thảo hợp đồng mua bán và trình phê duyệt từ Hành chính Ngành hàng.
**Summarize the documents related**: Business license of supplier, Bank account notification, Quality documents before sending to Merchandising Admin./ Tổng hợp các tài liệu liên quan: Giấy phép kinh doanh của nhà cung cấp, Thông báo tài khoản ngân hàng, Tài liệu chất lượng trước khi gửi cho Hành chính Ngành hàng.
Inform to suppliers all related progress (receiving-delivery, new item listing, item termination, etc.)./ Thông báo cho các nhà cung cấp mới về các quy trình liên quan (giao-nhận hàng hóa, mở mới sản phẩm, ngừng kinh doanh sản phẩm, vv).
**2.2. Sales & Stocks/ Hàng Hóa & Hàng Tồn Kho**:
Prepare reports following requests of Line Manager/ Thực hiện các báo cáo theo yêu cầu của Quản Lý Trực Tiếp
Get aging reports from Distribution Center/ Retail Support then contact with suppliers to exchange/return goods near expired date/ Nhận báo cáo hàng hóa tồn kho từ Kho Trung Tâm /Hỗ trợ Bán hàng, sau đó liên hệ với nhà cung cấp để đổi/trả hàng (nếu có).
Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager / Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Line Manager
**III. Job Requirements/ Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
Bachelor‘s or Diploma degree/ Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng hoặc Đại Học.
Priority for minimum 2-3 years working experience in Retail Operations or Merchandising or Marketing field/ Ưu tiên tối thiểu 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Bán lẻ hoặc Bán hàng hoặc Tiếp thị.
Basic communication skill in English and computer skills/ Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản và vi tính tốt.
Quick learning and hard-working/ Học hỏi nhanh, chăm chỉ
High responsibility and commitment/ Có tinh thần trách nhiệm và cam kết cao.
