**The Opportunity**

We seek a Director of PR, Corporate Communication, Event and CSR to lead corporate communications, drive stakeholder engagements through innovative event execution, advance crisis preparedness. We seek to hire a leader who is equal parts fire fighter and storyteller. You will serve as chief writer and editor for the organization and hold responsibility for speech writing for Executive Leadership Team, bylined articles, briefing materials and press materials.

**What you will do**:
PR & Issue Management
- Develop and execute communications strategies to include issues and crisis plans, issues/crisis management, and outreach strategies.
- Manage industry media relations and issues management program.
- Develop a comprehensive crisis and issues response plan and playbooks as well as a rapid response protocol.
- Maintain editorial boards and executive visibility.
- Utilize digital and social media to enhance media relations, editorial coverage, and reputation.
- Provide industry event support and planning, such as industry and thought leadership panels or roundtable sessions.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communications activities.
- Serve as an association spokesperson on key industry topics and issues.
- Maintain an understanding of national media and establish relationships within the relevant press.

Corporate Communications
- Serve as chief writer and editor for the organization and hold responsibility for speech writing, bylined articles, briefing materials and press materials.
- Responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that facilitate the preparation and delivery of engaging communications related to specific change initiatives implemented across the business.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to develop and execute strategies and messages to support effective, timely and accurate communications to internal and external stakeholders
- Accountable for managing internal communication vehicles (screens, frames, portals, wall/ground displays)
- Responsible for measuring communication program effectiveness and developing specific strategies and initiatives to improve outcomes
- Ability and enthusiasm to write features for a wide range of materials
- Assist other departments with communication needs and communication planning

Corporate Events & CSR
- Overseeing the planning and organizing of corporate events such as CSR activities, Corporate galas, Corporate Townhalls and conferences.
- Establishing and enforcing processes, procedures and policies to ensure the event is organized timely and runs smoothly.
- Coordinate, facilitate and supervise event team including regional and local teams who assist in the planning and execution of events.
- Creation of unique event engagement experience and continue to deliver event NPS above 80points.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness of an event and attract attendance from potential attendees.

**What you will need**:

- Degree or Master of journalism, communication or related field
- 8-10 years’ experience in a communications/media relations capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with the media and key external stakeholders
- Strong external media relationships building skills or experience
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns with specialized analytical skills related to the job
- Ability to balance immediate needs with longer-term strategic assignments.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- An ability to effectively collaborate within complex organizations to drive to tangible outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Critical and creative thinker. Applies intellectual curiosity to all aspects of this role.
