**Job description**:

- This position is the control tower between the customer and warehouse operations ground staff.
- Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks, checking the quality and the quantity of the shipping and the receiving.
- Process customer inbound and outbound orders by WMS.
- Support the move of materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.
- Documentation preparation, control, filing and distribution of all related operational documents.
- The key contact point and be contactable contact point to the customer answering all queries and necessary communications flow.
- Sending necessary reports of Geodis or Client requested reports.
- Assist in counting of physical inventory.
- Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for staff and customer traffic.
- May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
- Complete requisition forms to order supplies.
- Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.

**Applicant's profile**:

- College degree or upper level.
- Minimum B- degree for English skills.
- At least 1-year experience in the same industry.
- Minimum Education level: College/ University.
- Communication Proficiency English.
- Organizational Skills.
- Mathematical Skills.
- Technical Capacity.
- Thoroughness.
- Time Management.
- Computer skills, WMS, Microsoft office.
