Costing and Dispatching Officer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Costing and Accounting:
- Calculate and record all costing inputs, including material, labor, and overhead costs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update costing records for all products.
- Assist in the preparation of cost reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reflection of costs in financial statements.
2. Invoicing:
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers based on dispatch records and sales agreements.
- Ensure timely billing and follow up with customers for payment collection.
- Reconcile sales invoices with dispatch reports to ensure consistency and accuracy.
3. Dispatch Management:
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Liaise with customers to confirm dispatch schedules and resolve any related issues.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of all dispatches for reporting and tracking purposes.
4. Warehouse Coordination:
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure stock levels are managed effectively for dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock to management.
- Assist in the organization of stock within the warehouse to optimize space and efficiency.
5. Customer Liaison:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding dispatch and delivery inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues related to dispatches in a timely manner.
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the delivery process.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học
**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cost accounting, dispatch coordination, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.
