**Mô tả công việc**:

- Tiếp nhận và phản hồi thông tin cho khách hàng. (hướng đến việc làm hài lòng khách hàng)
- Tiếp nhận thông tin từ các bộ phận và xử lí booking, đảm bảo dữ liệu đã lên hệ thống đầy đủ, chính xác và kịp thời
- Chốt bảng kê với khách hàng và vendor chính xác
- Nhận booking, kế hoạch giao hàng và tạo booking lên eTMS
- Theo dõi và giải quyết sự cố phát sinh trong quá trình giao/ nhận hàng: hàng thiếu, hàng hỏng, thiếu đơn đặt hàng
- Liên hệ khách hàng và lên kế hoạch giao/nhận hàng cho ngày hôm sau ( đối với hàng lẻ).
- Bàn giao giấy tờ và hướng dẫn lái xe thu hồi những chứng tư nào về, chứng từ nào giao cho khách
- Thu hồi chứng từ giao hàng (của khách hàng), lưu trữ bằng file scan or photo, trả chứng từ gốc về khách hàng
- Thông báo phụ phí phát sinh (chờ, bốc xếp, adhoc, chi hộ, ) từ OPS, vendor cho Khách hàng, sales
- Gửi các báo cáo định kỳ đúng thời hạn

**Yêu cầu**:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học những ngành liên quan đến Logistics
- Có từ 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành Logistics ở vị trí tương đương
- Từng làm vị trí Customer Service trong công ty vận tải là 1 lợi thế
- Yêu thích làm hàng nội địa
